Making a new blanket

I started a new baby blanket. This one is two different shades of green. The blanket will be going down to Washington D.C. to Navy-Marine Relief Society. I will be putting a picture of the blanket when it is done.

The Great Falls Discovery Center

I have been volunteering here at The Great Falls Discovery Center since June. The Discovery center is located in Turners Falls, Ma. There is no charge to get in. The center is on the Connecticut River Water Shed. The river is over 400 miles long and had over 700 rivers that run into the river. It starts up at the border of Canada and runs down to Long Island Sound, New York.

A big lobster

This is the big lobster that my dad won at a calm bake. It took my dad and I to clean it out. It took us about an hour to do so.
